Act as a point of contact for all questions regarding The Dixon Group’s products and services. Help our customers navigate our website and provides guidance to customers placing orders. Assist individuals with tracking orders and resolving any issues that may have occurred.
Outside Sales
Develop relationships with customers to help promote our products and grow sales. Travel to meet with distributors face-to-face. Provide presentations and training to customers to further their knowledge of our product offerings and their applications.
Marketing
Promote our company and our products through a variety of channels. Establish company branding, manages company websites and social media provides quality promotional materials and creative ideas. Maintain customer and prospect data to help grow our sales and customer base.
