Customer Service: Acts as a point of contact for all questions regarding The Dixon Group’s products and services. Helps our customers navigate our website and provides guidance to customers placing orders. Assists individuals with tracking orders and resolving any issues that may have occurred.
Marketing: Promotes our company and our products through a variety of channels. Establishes company branding, manages company websites and social media provides quality promotional materials and creative ideas. Maintains customer and prospect data to help grow our sales and customer base.
Outside Sales: Develops relationships with customers to help promote our products and grow sales. Travels to meet with distributors face-to-face. Provides presentations and training to customers to further their knowledge of our product offerings and their applications.
